Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing inkprofit.com, submitting a form, or signing a service agreement with InkProfit LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Who we are

InkProfit LLC ("inkProfit", "we", "us") provides Amazon Ads management, account auditing, campaign building, and related growth services for authors, publishers, and book brands. We operate worldwide and contract under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless otherwise agreed in a signed engagement.

3. The free audit

Our free account audit is offered without charge and without obligation. By submitting the audit form, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner or authorized manager of the Amazon Ads accounts and book URLs you share
• You authorize us to review publicly visible product pages and any account data you voluntarily provide
• You understand the audit is an informational deliverable, not a guarantee of any specific result

4. Paid services

Paid engagements (audit, campaign build, ongoing management, launch strategy) are governed by an individual service agreement signed by both parties. That agreement defines scope, fees, payment terms, and deliverables, and prevails over anything stated on this website.

5. Account access

For paid management, we operate inside your Amazon Ads / KDP / ACX accounts using user-level permissions you grant. You retain full ownership and control of your account at all times. You can revoke our access at any moment without notice.

6. Fees and payment

Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Late payments may pause service. Ad spend on Amazon is paid by you directly to Amazon — we do not invoice or hold ad spend on your behalf.

We treat your account data, sales numbers, and creative materials as confidential. We may reference your engagement in case studies and on portfolio.inkprofit.com only with identifiers and account names redacted, unless you give explicit written permission to attribute.

9. Intellectual property

Strategy documents, campaign architectures, keyword lists, and reports we deliver as part of paid services become yours upon full payment. The underlying methodology, internal frameworks, software, and Playbook materials remain the property of InkProfit LLC.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a paid engagement with 30 days' written notice unless your service agreement states otherwise. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, violate Amazon's policies, or engage in activity we judge to be unethical or unlawful.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkProfit LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost sales, lost royalties, or reputational harm.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InkProfit LLC harmless against any third-party claims arising from your content, your books, your ad copy, your trademark use, or your account activity.

13. Independence from Amazon

InkProfit LLC is an independent agency. While we participate in Amazon Ads partnership programs and use Amazon-provided logos under permission, we are not owned by, controlled by, or affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware unless your service agreement specifies otherwise.
