• Submit our Free Account Audit form or New Author Consult form
• Contact us via email, WhatsApp, or our scheduling tools
• Become a client and grant us limited access to your Amazon Ads, KDP, or ACX accounts
• Subscribe to updates from our Intel, Portfolio, or Playbook subdomains

This may include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, brand or pen name, book Amazon URLs, advertising spend ranges, ACoS history, and the specifics of any business problem you describe to us. We also collect non-personal information automatically through standard analytics (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer).

3. How we use information

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your audit request, consult request, or general enquiry
• Diagnose, build, manage, and report on Amazon Ads campaigns under our service agreement
• Send service-related emails (audit results, monthly reports, account updates)
• Improve our website, services, and internal frameworks
• Meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your account-level Amazon Ads data with any third party for marketing or profiling purposes.

3. Third-party tools we rely on

To deliver our services, we use a small set of trusted tools that may process your data on our behalf:

inkprofit.com uses minimal cookies — only what is required for basic site functionality and anonymous analytics. We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. Subdomain properties (intel, portfolio, playbook) may use additional cookies which are documented in their own pages.

5. Account access for clients

When you become a client, we operate inside your Amazon Ads account using user-level permissions. We do not copy your account data into third-party platforms. We do not retain your login credentials. You can revoke our access at any time from your Amazon account settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
• Withdraw consent to email communications at any time

7. Data retention

We retain client account data and reporting for the duration of our engagement and for up to 36 months afterwards for legal, tax, and historical reporting purposes. Form submissions from non-clients are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.

We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfect; we encourage clients to use unique passwords and two-factor authentication on their Amazon, KDP, and ACX accounts.

9. Children

Our services are designed for adult professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
