Refund Policy.

1. Free audit

Our account audit is offered free of charge. There is nothing to refund.

2. Monthly management fees

Management fees are billed in advance for each calendar month. Because work begins immediately at the start of the billing period — campaign builds, bid management, keyword harvesting, and reporting — paid months are non-refundable once the period has started.

3. Campaign build fees

One-time campaign build or launch fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before any work has started, we will refund 100% of the build fee within 7 business days.

4. Audiobook & launch projects

Project-based engagements (new release launches, ACX positioning, etc.) follow the milestone schedule in your service agreement. Fees paid against completed milestones are non-refundable. Unstarted milestones can be refunded on written request.

5. What's not refundable

• Amazon ad spend (this is paid by you to Amazon, not to us)
• Hours already worked under any engagement
• Results-based dissatisfaction — we do not guarantee specific results (see Disclaimer)

6. How to request a refund

Send a written request through the contact form on inkprofit.com with:

1. Your name and the brand or pen name on the engagement
2. The invoice or charge date
3. The reason for the request

We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Disputes

Before raising a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us. The vast majority of disputes resolve quickly through direct conversation. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in immediate termination of service.
