Our Approach to Refunds

INKPROFIT LLC does not issue cash refunds for management fees once services have been rendered. Amazon advertising spend is paid directly to Amazon and is not refundable through us under any circumstances.

Performance Guarantee — Next Month On Us

At the start of each engagement and at the start of every billing month, we agree with you on measurable performance targets in writing (for example, ACOS thresholds, sales targets, impression share, or other KPIs relevant to your books).

If we fail to meet the mutually agreed targets for a given month, you may request that the following month’s management fee be waived. We will continue managing your campaigns at no additional charge for that month.

How to Request

You must submit your request in writing within 30 days of the end of the month in which the targets were missed. Requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be honored.

Eligibility

The performance guarantee applies only when all of the following are true:

  • Performance targets were mutually agreed and documented in writing before the start of the month in question;
  • You provided timely access, creative content, and information that we reasonably required to manage the campaigns;
  • You did not make changes to campaign settings, budgets, keywords, product listings, or pricing without our prior written agreement during that month.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Management fees already paid for the current month are not refundable, but we will continue managing your campaigns through the end of that paid period.
